ELIGIBILITY OF PURCHASE

In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.

PRICING POLICY

The prices on the product page are indicated including VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT is visualized in the shopping cart on the checkout page. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

When you are using a promotional code for your purchase, the discounted amount will be calculated and will appear at the checkout after you have entered the code in the appropriate box.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. For faulty items please do not send any items back.

Instead e-mail immediately our customer care department: shop@purotattoostudio.it.

Make sure you inform us of your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for the return and attach photos. In the case of damaged goods be sure to explain in detail the nature of the damage.

We will contact you to advice on how we will deal with the return. We verify that the damage of the item is a production defect, shipping costs will be at our expense.

FAILED DELIVERY

Delivery by COURIER SERVICE: If the recipient of the order is not present at the time of delivery, the courier and / or postman will leave a delivery note, stating that the withdrawal was not made for no presence of recipient and specifying that the package will now waiting for collection at the post office or the nearest local depot. If the package is not collected within ten (10) days, it will be returned to the Post Office Return Center and delivered to the sender. Please note that these dynamics could last up to thirty days. It is the customer's responsibility to trace the order once it has been shipped. PURO will provide the Customer with the tracking number of the shipment as soon as the package is shipped. PURO will not be liable for any lost shipments or not received at the local depot after the COURIER SERVICE has recorded the unsuccessful delivery attempt. In the event that the shipment is returned to the sender (PURO), our customer service will promptly inform the customer of the return of the goods. If the Customer requests it, we will provide a further shipment of the product, but we specify that the cost of this shipment will not be borne by us, but by the customer.

 

RETURNS OF THE ORDER AND REFUNDS

The customer can cancel or return the order placed from the date of issue and up to 30 days after receiving the ordered items. We advise you to inform us by writing an e-mail to our customer service: shop@purotattoostudio.it

In case of cancellation before the shipment starts, we guarantee the refund of the total amount of the order placed. In the event that the product has already been shipped, delivered and you want the return, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

The return must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

We will refund the amount paid by the customer during the order, as soon as possible, provided that PURO has received the items.

We guarantee the reimbursement of all returned items (goods not on sale), provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

This means that the product must be received intact; it must not be damaged or dirty.

This is a return of clothing must not have been subject to treatment (washing, ironing, etc).

Apart from the normal test, the garments should not be worn and presented with tags and labeling intact.

The goods on sale will not be subject to return and / or refund.

 

SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURNS

If the courier chosen by the customer does not deliver or lose the return package, it is the customer's responsibility to request compensation directly from the chosen courier. PURO is not responsible for any lost returns.

Please note that it is the Customer's responsibility to choose the most appropriate return method by securing the goods appropriately. PURO can not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipments will be made within seven days of ordering. If made on holidays it is specified that they could be delayed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once you have placed an order, with the "tracking" option, it can be monitored so you know when you left our warehouse and trace the route. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation to your email account that mentions all the details of your order.

PAYMENT

Online payment can be made using the PayPal secure payment service through your PayPal account or your credit card registered on PayPal.
